Booking Questions
A few things clients often ask before getting started.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reaching out at least 2-3 weeks before your desired start date. For event coverage or larger projects, 4-6 weeks is ideal to ensure availability.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot on the calendar. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or delivery.
What if my project runs longer than expected?
We'll communicate proactively if scope expands. Any timeline adjustments are discussed and agreed upon before additional work begins.
Can I book a rush project?
Rush availability depends on our current workload. Reach out directly and we'll do our best to accommodate. Rush projects may carry an expedite fee.
