FAQ | Wedding & Business Content Creation | Hummingbyrd Nest™

Question 1

How do I get started working with Hummingbyrd Nest™?

Accepted Answer

It starts with a conversation. Reach out through our contact page and we'll schedule a free discovery call to learn about your business, goals, and budget. From there, we'll recommend the right package or custom plan and get you onboarded.

Question 2

Do you work with businesses outside of Pueblo, CO?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. While we're proudly based in Pueblo and love supporting our local community, we work with businesses across Colorado and beyond. Remote clients receive the same full service experience. For on-site shoots or content days outside our local area, a mileage fee applies beyond the first 60 miles.

Question 3

What industries do you work with?

Accepted Answer

We've worked with event companies, restaurants, retail shops, service based businesses, and more. If you have a brand story worth telling, we can help you tell it. We're especially passionate about small and mid-sized businesses that are ready to invest in their growth.

Question 4

Do I need to sign a contract?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We use a simple service agreement that outlines the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. It protects both of us and keeps expectations crystal clear from day one.

Question 5

What do your monthly packages include?

Accepted Answer

Our packages (Build at $450/mo, Nurture at $700/mo, Rise at $999/mo, and Soar at $1,499/mo) each include a combination of social media management, content creation, photography, and strategy. Higher tiers add more platforms, more content, advertising campaigns, email marketing, and deeper strategy support. Every package is a starting point; we'll customize to fit your needs.

Question 6

Can I customize a package?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our packages are starting points, not rigid boxes. If you need more of one thing and less of another, we'll build a custom plan that fits your goals and budget. Just bring it up during your discovery call.

Question 7

What if I only need help with one thing?

Accepted Answer

No problem. Our Individual Service rate is $75/hr for one-off projects, consultations, or specific tasks. We also offer a one-time Event Content Package at $350 per event (up to 4 hours) that includes photography, a reel, and two social posts.

Question 8

Are there any setup fees?

Accepted Answer

We don't charge a setup fee for most packages. If your brand needs significant foundational work, like building out a content strategy, brand guidelines, or a full social media audit from scratch, we may discuss a one-time onboarding investment. We'll always be upfront about this before you commit.

Question 9

How long does it take to see results?

Accepted Answer

Most clients start seeing meaningful engagement growth within 60 to 90 days of consistent content. Paid advertising can produce faster results. We set realistic expectations from the start and share monthly analytics reports so you always know where things stand.

Question 10

Do I have to approve content before it goes live?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We build a content calendar each month and share it with you for review before anything is scheduled. You'll have the opportunity to request edits or approve posts. We aim to make this process as smooth and low lift as possible for you.

Question 11

What platforms do you manage?

Accepted Answer

We primarily work with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter). Most packages cover up to 2 to 3 platforms. We'll help you identify which platforms make the most sense for your audience and goals.

Question 12

Do you write the captions and copy, or do I?

Accepted Answer

We handle all the copywriting. You'll review and approve before anything goes live, but you don't need to write a single word. We take time to learn your brand voice so the content sounds like you, not like a generic agency.

Question 13

How much of my time will this require?

Accepted Answer

We're designed to be low maintenance for you. After onboarding (which takes about 1 to 2 hours), most clients spend 30 to 60 minutes per month reviewing content calendars and approving posts. Higher tier packages include strategy calls, which we schedule at your convenience.

Question 14

How do you communicate with clients?

Accepted Answer

We use email as our primary communication channel, with scheduled calls for strategy and check-ins. Soar clients receive weekly strategy calls and same day turnaround on urgent edits. We're responsive and keep you in the loop without overwhelming your inbox.

Question 15

What happens if I want to cancel?

Accepted Answer

Monthly Packages: Either party may terminate services with 14 days written notice. Individual Service: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session; cancellations within that window are subject to a 50% fee. Content Day: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the booking; cancellations within that window are subject to a 25% fee.

Question 16

Do you offer photography and videography separately from packages?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Photography and videography are available as standalone services at our $75/hr individual rate, or bundled into our Event Content Package at $350/event. Monthly packages include scheduled photoshoots as part of the deliverables.
